Account Executive (Sales)
If you love to provide businesses and organizations with solutions to their problems, this may just be the job for you. We're looking for a sales rock star that has a great personality and enjoys working with people. This is a full-time sales position with salary, commission structure, and performance bonuses.
Core Competencies
- Experience with or understanding of web-based technologies, web site design and development tools and languages, and web-based projects
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Ability to balance client expectations with business goals and objectives
- Continually seeks opportunities for new business/enhancements to current projects, with strong cost-value positioning to Client
- Experience working in small, fast-paced, “open” and entrepreneurial environment highly desirable
Experience requirements
College graduate with 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing, or communications.

Web Designer
We're looking for another web designer to add to our growing team. This ideal person would have a strong set of skills and is willing to go the extra mile to get a project done right. If you enjoy working on new projects week after week, then this may be the job for you.
Experience and capabilities
XHTML & CSS (3 years minimum)- MySQL or SQL Server
- PHP / Ruby (Rails)
- Javascript / AJAX
- Experience customizing and integrating with content management systems such as Drupal & Wordpress
- Strong Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop
Responsibilities include:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining web sites for our web development operations. The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates competency and proficiency using PHP, MySQL, XML, and other open source tools to build interactive web sites. This person is a good time manager, able to juggle multiple tasks/projects efficiently, mindful of budget and deadline constraints on the development process.
Experience requirements
2 to 4 years experience in web development, strong online portfolio of examples.
