Reusser Design , is actively looking for an experienced Flash Designer/Developer to create complete flash solutions for web sites and CD-ROM presentations.

Responsibilities
Individual will be responsible for leveraging initial design concepts that are developed and implementing these within a final website.

Person will work with the Project Director and the Web Designer to create clean, optimized Flash code for motion graphics. Additionally, the person will also need to integrate Flash portions of the site utilizing HTML and JavaScript. Basically, this person needs have a strong understanding of Flash and how to implement within current site technologies. A firm understanding of optimization methods to complement the Flash would be helpful.

Qualifications
Candidate must be proficient in Macromedia Flash, ActionScripting, JavaScript, Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver, HTML.

Responsibilities
This person's focus will be on attaining new clients in a wide array of market segments. Since our services are used on a continual basis and are ever-changing, the ideal candidate will be highly skilled in developing strong working relationships with their clients. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a successful background in business to business sales and should possess strong closing skills. Candidate will be required to set meetings, create proposals, and present sales presentations.

Qualifications
2 years proven selling experience is required, the ability to multi-task, good organizational skills, extremely dedicated, and a willingness to learn.
